2022 Dance Recital
School Days

We are excited to announce the information for our seventh annual recital. The following information is critical to ensure a smooth running, professional program. Please know that our goal is always for our students and their families to have the best recital experience possible. The recital is the staple of a dance school. It gives our children a chance to shine in front of family and friends that they anticipate with nervous excitement. The recitals offer our students a professionally directed performance that allows them to present the results of a year’s hard work, dedication, and progress. A big part of the dance training process includes learning through performance. The experience helps most build self-esteem, self-assurance, and contributes to a sense of confidence.

Dedication to recital commitments is the responsibility of both students and their parents.

Please read the information in its entirety; as some procedures have changed from previous years. The following dates are mandatory. If you would not like your dancer to participate in this years recital please let us know as soon as possible.

Please note that unfortunately any families with unpaid dance or costume fees will not be allowed to participate in our recital.

The recital brings many expenses (lighting, renting the auditorium, scenery, security, janitors, props, etc). The recital fee and all tuition must be paid in full before the dancers will receive their costumes.

Costumes

IMPORTANT – Please note the costumes pictured in the portal are not necessarily the style and/or color chosen for your dancer’s class. Due to high volume during recital season we may have to switch costumes.

Please refer to pictures at the bottom of the page and look for your child’s costume price.

Once a Costume/Recital fee is paid for, there will be no refunds. If you do not meet this deadline, we cannot guarantee your dancer(s) participation in the Recital, because late additions can negatively impact the choreography and the timely registered dancers’ rehearsals. If we are able to add your student after the deadline, you will be responsible for a $10.00 “add on” fee to cover the re-ordering and the shipping & handling fees for each costume.

 ATTENDANCE

It is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and recital time so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. If for any reason your child will miss any of their regular classes, we ask that you contact us to let us know in advance. Unexcused absences will result in dancers being pulled from their routines.

Picture Day

Class Picture Day dates are TBA.

Please note: No one is required to purchase photos, yet we ask that each dancer is present for their class group photo. Each dancer and recital routine will be given the opportunity to get his/her picture taken with the group and an individual photo (optional).

If you would like individual picture, please book your appointment in the link below. Booking link will open in April.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out! We look forward to a successful recital season!
