Rent our Space!
Our Facility is a 2,000 sq. ft dance studio located at 5895 memorial drive Unit A Stone Mountain, Georgia.
This space features soft floors, mirrors, sound system, changing rooms and restrooms. Windows create a well-lit, airy space for rehearsals, events, workshops, and more.
Bookings:
50% deposit is needed to firmly secure a booking date.
Parking:
A parking lot is available for use.
Length of Use:
Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes. Half day rental periods are 4 hours. Full day rental periods are 8 hours. Please leave studio satisfactorily to the state it was prior to the rental period when you leave.
Do not arrive late - Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. There will be NO exceptions.
Restrictions On Use:
Alcohol sales, spiked heels on dance floor, sharp edged props or chairs without felt covering to protect floors.
No food without prior consent of Dance for Joi Dance Company.
Rules:
Dance for Joi Dc is not liable for any injury or lost/stolen property.
No smoking, burning incense or open flames anywhere in the building.
Renter may never leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere on the premises.
Studio desk area is off limits to Renters.
Renter is responsible for replacing any broken or damaged property caused by Renter and/or Renter’s party.
Renter is not to rehearse/practice/meet in non-rented space.

Renter knows that the building may be occupied by others during the Term of this Agreement, including, but not limited to activities of Dance for Joi Dance Company.
